Complete Bottled Water Production Line Flow Chart
1) water purification system
Raw water pump → Silica sand filter → Activated carbon filter → Sodium ion exchanger → 5um cartridge filter → 1um cartridge filter → High pressure pump → Reverse Osmosis system → UV system → Water storage tank→ Ozone generator → Ozone mixing tower .
2) Bottle water filling & packing system
Cap loader → Automatic 3-in-1 water filling machine → Flat conveyor → Light Checker → Bottle dryer → labeling machine → Date/code laser printer → Automatic PE shrink wrapping Machine.
3) Empty Bottle making system
High pressure air compressor → High pressure air tank → High pressure filter → High pressure air dryer → Low pressure air compressor → Low pressure air filters → Low pressure air dryer → Mold chiller → Bottle blowing machine
