Product Introduction

Our glass bottle alcohol filling production line is a fully automated system specially developed for alcohol and other liquid packaged in glass bottles. The whole line combines multiple functional units: bottle unscrambler, liquid filling station, wooden cork feeding & pressing capping unit, bottle conveying system and electric control cabinet. Different from regular screw cap filling machines, this equipment adopts dedicated wooden cork insertion and pressing mechanism to ensure tight sealing of glass wine bottles, preventing alcohol volatilization and leakage. The machine frame is made of stainless steel 304, which meets food and beverage hygiene standards, easy to clean and corrosion-resistant for alcohol working environment. The PLC control system supports adjustable production speed, and touch screen allows operators to set filling volume and cork pressing pressure conveniently. This line can work independently or connect with labeling, cartoning machines to build a complete turnkey packaging solution.
