Working principle of bottle cap molding

Automatic high speed bottle cap molding machine adopts hydraulic closing principle, rapid prototyping, low pressure demoulding and other processes of continuous rotation of manufacturing, beverage bottle caps, medical caps, oil bottle caps. Granular plastic raw materials (such as PP\HDPE\LDPE, etc.) are melted at high temperature through quantitative extrusion, and then evenly distributed in each mold cavity by cutting tray, and finally pressed in the mold cavity.
